Andrea McLellan is of Counsel in the Real Estate team specialising in energy and infrastructure projects. She supports the early stage development pipelines of a number of energy clients. She also provides a key role in managing the land rights strategies for major consenting and energy led projects and advises on the property aspects of new energy solutions in commercial and energy developments. She has extensive experience advising on wind farms (both onshore and offshore), hydro schemes, solar projects, district heating and energy from waste projects. Her experience covers the full project life cycle from development through to project financing and divestment on projects across the UK where she has over 10 years experience.
Andrea has a particular interest in innovation and how it can improve the delivery of legal services in the Energy Property market.
