Andreas is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Group, specialising in corporate and leveraged finance. He is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, as a Rechtsanwalt in Austria (currently non-practicing) and as an Avvocato in Italy (currently non practicing).
Andreas has experience in domestic and cross-border finance transactions across a wide variety of sectors. He acts for banks and other financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers with a focus on syndicated corporate and leveraged acquisition finance, but also assists clients in real estate finance transactions.
Prior to joining the London office of CMS, Andreas has worked for seven years in the Austrian office of CMS advising Austrian and international lender and borrower clients on a wide range of cross-border and domestic finance transactions
