Anna is an associate in the Corporate Transactions team based in the London office. She specialises in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, legal due diligence and other general corporate compliance matters.

Anna has been with the firm since 2008 and is a qualified solicitor in Ukraine and England & Wales. She moved to London in 2013, studied a law degree and trained with CMS before she qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2018. Anna is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian and has experience of working in different jurisdictions.
