Anya Fitzpatrick is an associate in the Corporate Department at CMS Glasgow. She has experience in a wide range of corporate matters with a particular focus on growth capital and venture capital investments, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes and corporate governance work. She works with private companies, investors, management teams and individual shareholders across a broad range of sectors, with a particular interest in technology.
Anya is a member of the DEIB committee and the wellness committee, having a keen interest in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
She is also a member of the CMS equIP team, our dedicated programme helping start-ups to scale.
