Ben is a Partner in our London Corporate team, specialising in private equity transactions and broader M&A. His practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and management teams throughout the lifecycle of an investment from acquisition through to exit, with a particular emphasis on management advisory work.
Ben’s wider practice involves acting for institutional investors, large multi-national corporations and founders on all aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, investments and incentive arrangements particularly in the healthcare, technology, and human capital sectors.
