Billy Bradley is a Senior Associate in Regulatory team.

Billy trained at CMS before qualifying in August 2016. Since then Billy has undertaken a variety of contentious work for financial services clients. Billy has advised and supported on FCA enforcement actions, disciplinary proceedings, market abuse cases and whistleblowing investigations. Billy also has experience of advising clients on their self-notification requirements in relation to potential regulatory breaches and ongoing supervisory relations with the FCA. 

Billy also has experience of advising banks, insurers and solo-regulated financial institutions on the requirements of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and wider governance issues.
