Bryony is an Associate in Banking and Finance, specialising in energy and infrastructure project finance. She joined the team in 2025 having trained with CMS.

Bryony advises lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of infrastructure and energy project financing transactions across the UK, including solar, BESS, wind, EV charging, and social infrastructure.

Relevant experience

  • Constantine Energy Storage on the GBP 180m financing of a 612MW battery energy storage system (BESS) portfolio. The nine-asset BESS portfolio was at the time of financing, according to a Nord/LB, the largest BESS portfolio ever financed in Europe. 
  • A syndicate of lenders in relation to the GBP 130m financing of the first stage of a 3.2GWh hybrid long duration energy storage (LDES) facility at Hunterston, Ayrshire, involving the construction of a “stability island” to provide system support to the grid.
  • Novuna Business Finance on the financing of Evyve’s portfolio of ultra-rapid EV chargers.
  • Triple Point in relation to the financing of the construction of 57MW Whitelaw Brae Windfarm in the Scottish Borders.     
  • Advising a UK-based financial services company on the financing of various Energy projects including BESS, onshore wind, solar and co-located projects.
