Caryn Miller has over twenty years’ experience as a Finance Partner, with expertise acting for both lender and borrower clients on acquisition, asset, property and development financings as well as general banking transactions, often on a multi‑jurisdictional basis. She is solution focussed and has experience across a wide range of industry sectors. 

Caryn is also the Managing Director of our businesses in Asia and the Middle East.

  • The joint agent and lead arrangers in respect of a loan of over GBP 200m to a UK housebuilder.
  • A leading UK financial institution on its disposal of a portfolio of loans of circa GBP 190m with underlying real estate assets.
