Caryn Miller heads up the Banking & Finance team in Scotland. She is also Executive Partner for Scotland.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of corporate lending and leveraged finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers in acquisition finance, development finance, property finance and asset finance transactions on both a syndicated and bilateral basis.

Caryn also has experience in restructurings and portfolio loan sales and has acted for lenders in the provision of finance in the film and media sector. 

She was co-managing partner of Dundas & Wilson from June 2012 until May 2014 prior to its combination with CMS. 

Caryn is ranked as a leading banking lawyer in Scotland by Chambers and by Legal 500.
