Carys Holland is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team in the firm’s London office. Carys has experience in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory and corporate governance matters.

Carys works with a variety of clients, from smaller specialist businesses to large, listed clients, and across a range of sectors, including hospitality, real estate and financial services.

Relevant experience

Columbia Threadneedle on the disposal of assets of one of its managed portfolios to 3i Infrastructure plc, including a majority stake in Lefdal Mining Datacenter.
Dishoom on its partnership with leading consumer focused investment firm L Catterton.
Finsbury Food Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Lola’s Cupcakes, its entry into the direct-to-consumer market.
Pinewood Technologies, a leading cloud-based software provider for the automotive retail industry, on its conditional agreement to acquire Lithia’s 51% interest in their North American joint venture.
LondonMetric Property Plc, the UK's leading triple net lease REIT and a FTSE 100 company, on its concurrent recommended acquisitions of Urban Logistics REIT Plc and Highcroft Investments Plc.
Windward, the formerly AIM-listed pioneering maritime AI company, on its recommended cash takeover by US private equity house FTV.
United Trust Bank, a leading UK specialist bank, on an agreement with Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, for Warburg Pincus to acquire a minority equity interest in UTB.
Horizon Capital and management of Dains Accountants on the sale of Dains Accountants, a leading provider of accountancy and business advisory services in the UK, to IK Partners.
Winking Studios, a publicly traded company on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX:WKS), on its listing on AIM, the first company to achieve a dual-listing on these markets.
