Carys Holland is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team in the firm’s London office. Carys has experience in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory and corporate governance matters.

Carys works with a variety of clients, from smaller specialist businesses to large, listed clients, and across a range of sectors, including hospitality, real estate and financial services.

Pinewood Technologies, a leading cloud-based software provider for the automotive retail industry, on its conditional agreement to acquire Lithia’s 51% interest in their North American joint venture.
LondonMetric Property Plc, the UK's leading triple net lease REIT and a FTSE 100 company, on its concurrent recommended acquisitions of Urban Logistics REIT Plc and Highcroft Investments Plc.
