Charlotte is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Department specialising in non-contentious construction matters and providing strategic, practical advice to clients. She advises clients from a wide range of sectors including large scale development and regeneration schemes, waste and energy. Charlotte’s recent experience includes advising on the construction documentation for one of the largest redevelopment schemes in the country with a development value of around £8billion. The scheme is comprised of a mix of residential, retail and high-profile ‘placemaking’ development along with the construction of a new low carbon energy system. Charlotte also recently acted as lead associate advising a high profile client on the procurement of a new waste incinerator.

Charlotte joined CMS in 2018 having previously worked for a number of years at London firm Forsters. Charlotte has experience of advising clients on a wide range of procurement routes and on drafting, amending and negotiating the full range of construction documentation.
