Chloe is an Associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance Group, based in our London Office. Chloe advises clients both in respect of coverage and defence matters, but with particular experience in coverage disputes, and has a breadth of experience across several lines of business including D&O, financial institutions, contingency and reinsurance.
Chloe has undertaken two client secondments: one as a Claims Handler in the Professional Indemnity team at a leading insurer, and the second at another leading insurer in the Claims Legal team dealing with an array of complex coverage disputes and contentious claims across all lines of business. Both secondments have provided Chloe with a deeper understanding and appreciation of her client’s key commercial and regulatory considerations.
