Chris specialises in construction law and advises clients on a wide range of procurement, drafting and contract negotiation points. 

Chris has extensive experience of the construction contractual process including the procurement of projects, contractual terms and commercial aspects. He has an in-depth knowledge of the main standard form contracts (JCT, NEC and FIDIC) and is frequently involved in preparing bespoke contract documentation including framework agreements, professional appointments, guarantees and bonds.

Chris has a Masters degree in Construction Law.

  • A Russell Group university on the procurement and contractual aspects of c. £1bn campus regeneration project.
  • The commercial subsidiary of a statutory authority on the installation and operation of an innovative Scottish Government LCITP funded heat from sewage scheme as part of the creation of a new district heat work.
