Christine Owen is Of Counsel in the Sheffield Real Estate team with over 20 years experience at dealing with all types of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on development work. Christine's expertise spans all aspects of commercial and residential development work, including dealing with complex conditional sale agreements, development agreements and land promotion agreements. Not only has Christine worked for a number of large commercial property developers, she has also advised a number of charities and has a vast experience of dealing with their acquisitions, sales, lettings and re-developments.
