Clair is an Associate in the CMS Real Estate Disputes team based in the Bristol office. Clair joined CMS as a legal secretary in 2015 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) before gaining her advanced practice rights in Civil Litigation at the University of Law.
Clair acts for a range of clients in property related disputes including charities, listed companies, landlords and tenants in commercial and residential disputes.
Clair aims to provide clear strategic legal advice to achieve the client's objectives and reach commercial solutions.
