David is a corporate specialist with 25 years' experience advising on public and private M&A, private equity, joint venture and IPO transactions. His practice focuses on clients across a range of sectors including Hotels & Leisure, Technology, Media & Communications, Sport and Retail.

David commentates on the corporate aspects of sport in the English media and provides specialist input in his other area of specialisation, namely the sale and purchase of English football clubs where he has acted on several bids for clubs.

David is qualified both in the UK and Australia, where he earned his BA/LLB and worked with Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
