Deepali is an Associate in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group. Deepali has experience of working on complex aviation litigation, as well as coverage disputes in a broad range of sectors, including Financial Lines and Solicitors Negligence. Deepali regularly advises on Cyber Breach incidents, with a primary focus on assisting Insureds with first response advice, assisting with notifications to regulators such as the ICO, and preparation of key communications to cyber-attack victims.

Deepali has completed a secondment to a large insurance broker, within their legal team, working closely with brokers on commercial documents and within the team on key engagement documents. After qualifying, Deepali completed a secondment to the property special lines team of a large insurer, primarily handling large scale property losses. This has enabled Deepali to understand the commercial needs of her clients and form a solid network within the insurance market.

  • 2019 – LPC with MSc, University of Law, London.
  • 2015 – University of Nottingham, Law with European Law LLB (Year Abroad at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
