Dom is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team, based in our Liverpool office. He has wide ranging experience in dealing with all aspects of investment and management real estate transactions.

Dom has a strong background in dealing with the acquisition, disposal and financing of multi-let assets for investor clients, as well as providing real estate support on corporate transactions. He also has a wealth of experience in asset management work, working with both investor-landlord clients and occupational tenants.

Relevant experience

On the GBP 300m refinancing of a multi-use property provider’s portfolio in London.
Real estate support on the corporate disposal of a property portfolio valued in excess of GBP 660m, comprising industrial, retail and office sector properties across England.
On the property elements of the approximately GBP 150m acquisition of a London-based real estate investment trust.
On the disposal of a number of multi-let retail shopping centres - comprising approximately 660,000 sq. feet of retail space - for an investor client.
On the disposals of two multi-let, mixed use assets for a combined consideration of approximately GBP 30m.
On the disposal of a multi-let office building in central London for approximately GBP 20m.
NewRiver: on daily asset management transactions covering approximately 50 retail shopping centre and retail park assets.
Argos: on the acquisition of new sites to supplement the client’s existing portfolio and the renewal of existing leases pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
