Dominic is an Associate in the CMS Real Estate Disputes team, having joined the team following completion of his training contract with the firm in 2020.

Dominic advises a range of domestic and international clients, including institutional investors, listed companies, corporate occupiers and private clients on a range of commercial real estate disputes. Dominic has a wide property litigation practice including unopposed and opposed lease renewal litigation under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations disputes, contentious development and site-assembly projects, disputes in relation to forfeiture and break options, rights of light disputes and property-related insolvency.
