Dylan is an Associate in the Capital Markets and Derivatives team at CMS, advising investment banks, financial institutions and other market participants on a range of OTC derivatives, structured products and digital asset trading.
Dylan has particular experience in credit linked structured products, having assisted investment banks with programme and product issuance documentation. He regularly assists clients with the negotiation of master agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA) and bespoke structured transactions, including deal-contingent hedging. Dylan also has experience in the digital assets space, advising leading cryptocurrency firms on documentation for OTC and spot digital asset trading.
