Eliza Cohen is a senior associate in the Commercial Media Team and has particular experience in the broadcasting and television sectors, acting for broadcasters, digital distributors, content creators and platforms.

Eliza advises clients on a range of media and commercial matters, including on complex channel and content distribution arrangements, the launch and distribution of SVOD (and other on-demand) apps, satellite and transponder capacity agreements, and the production and exploitation of audio and audiovisual content. Eliza also advises on copyright and media regulatory issues (including television and radio licensing) and has experience in working alongside the corporate media team on media sector M&A, including on television channel sales and production company acquisitions.

Eliza has spent time on secondment to the BBC in the Commercial Rights and Business Affairs team and the Commercial Legal team.
