Elizabeth is an Associate specialising in construction law and is based in our Glasgow Office.

She regularly advises clients across the UK in a variety of transactions relating to the built environment sector including procurement of construction and development works, agreements for lease, development finance and purchase agreements. As a result, she regularly works with standard form contracts including NEC, SBC, JCT and FIDIC and has experience drafting construction contracts, professional appointments, framework agreements, collateral warranties and sub-contracts.

Burges Salmon LLP in relation to the renovation of their Edinburgh Office.
Anonymised Client in relation to the review and reporting on construction documents for numerous new build schemes across the UK.
Network Rail in relation to drafting construction precedent documents to be used in Scots law transactions.
The Glasgow Building Preservation Trust in relation to the negotiation of documents for the restoration of the Glasgow Boat House.
Marks & Spencer Plc in relation to the drafting and negotiation of building contracts and appointments required for store fit outs.
