Elliot is a technology focused partner in the Corporate/M&A team at CMS, with extensive experience in Venture Capital, fundraisings, private equity and M&A. He advises a wide range of clients ranging from scale-ups in the tech sector to multinationals.

He has extensive experience advising on multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions leveraging off CMS’ international platform, advising both large acquisitive companies and also owner managed businesses.
