Elliot is a partner in the Corporate/M&A team at CMS, specialising in international M&A. He has extensive experience advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, leveraging CMS's global platform of offices across more than 50 countries to deliver seamless cross-border execution.

He acts for a wide range of clients, from large acquisitive multinationals to owner-managed businesses, with particular depth in the technology sector (most notably acquiring consultancy/people-based businesses), and is active in private equity transactions and growth-stage fundraisings.

Elliot is renowned for being a commercial and pragmatic lawyer, cutting through the detail to find practical solutions to often intractable problems.
