Emily is a Senior Associate in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group of CMS UK. Emily trained in London and worked on a wide range of professional indemnity disputes on behalf of the London insurance market, before moving to Bristol in 2011. Emily has a background in commercial disputes, financial services and professional indemnity disputes, with particular experience of claims against solicitors, brokers and valuers.
Emily also has experience providing coverage advice to Insurers.
