  • LondonMetric Property Plc in relation to the £415m public takeover by way of scheme of arrangement of A&J Mucklow Group Plc.
  • A&J Mucklow Group Plc in relation to its post-takeover cancellation and repayment of its listed preference shares by way of capital reduction.
  • AccorHotels in relation to the management arrangements of a portfolio of six hotels owned by Danish real estate property group ProArk and bringing portfolio under Accor’s Mercure brand.
  • Anonymised client on the negotiation of equity investment and asset management arrangements in relation to a branded Warsaw hotel.
  • Owner of hotel on the negotiation of F&B (food and beverage) agreement in respect of W Hotel Ibiza and amendment of suite of hotel management documents to accommodate carve out of F&B operations.
  • Summit Therapeutics Plc in respect of USD 50m subscription for and placing of shares trading on AIM, represented by American Depositary Shares traded on Nasdaq, Takeover Code Rule 9 whitewash and cancellation of trading on AIM. 
  • Summit Therapeutics Plc in respect of USD 25m subscription for shares trading on AIM (represented by ADSs traded on Nasdaq) and associated Takeover Code Rule 9 whitewash.
  • Motive Pictures in relation to establishing independent production company as joint venture between Endeavor Content and Simon Maxwell (former Channel 4 head of international drama).
  • CentralNic Group Plc in relation to its USD 55m acquisition of KeyDrive S.A. by way of reverse takeover for cash and share consideration and GBP 24m AIM placing.
