The UK regulatory perimeter and requirements and options for undertaking insurance business in the UK.
A range of corporate and commercial insurance agreements in the Lloyd’s and companies markets including distribution arrangements (DUA’s , TOBAs, introducer and AR agreements) and related agreements (including claims outsourcing agreements).
M&A including business transfers (Part VIIs and renewal rights transfers), SPAs and JVs.
