Francis Beechinor-Collins is an Associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance team in London.   • On the conditions subsequent satisfaction of a project financed Turkish-owned port company, including dealing with complicated insurance arrangements. 
  • On the amendment and restatement process to incorporate an additional EUR 100m facility to an existing loan agreement between European banks and a Russian corporate. 
  • The International Finance Corporation on the USD 165m financing of ceramic tile plants across multiple African jurisdictions.
