Graeme is a European Patent Attorney in the IP department and works on the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of telecoms, machine learning/AI, electronics, and other computer-related technologies. Graeme additionally has experience supporting patent litigation and freedom to operate work.

Graeme studied electronic engineering at York University and Telecommunications at Queen Mary. His academic background has given him a foundation in fields such as electronics, fiber optics, cloud computing, software development and telecoms.

Graeme is a qualified European Patent Attorney and has completed the Queen Mary postgraduate certificate in Intellectual Property Law.

Relevant experience

  • Prosecuting and drafting patent applications in telecoms, aerospace, fintech, computer hardware for small and multinational clients.
  • Supporting the CMS patent litigation team.
