Hannah is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team in the firm’s London office. Hannah has experience in a range of transactions, including equity capital markets, public and private M&A, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. She has also spent time on secondment at National Australia Bank and Peel Hunt.

Hannah works with a variety of clients across a range of sectors, including real estate, technology and media.

  • Primary Health Properties on its GBP 1.79bn offer for Assura plc.
  • Blue Prism Group on its GBP 1.2bn offer from SS&C Technologies Holdings. 
  • Celadon Pharmaceuticals on its reverse acquisition of Vertigrow Technology and re-admission to AIM. 
  • Peel Hunt, Liberum Capital and Numis, the joint bookrunners, on SigmaRoc’s (i) acquisition of Nordkalk Oy Ab, (ii) placing, and (iii) re-admission of the enlarged share capital on AIM. 
  • euNetworks Fiber UK on its acquisition of The Loop Manchester Ltd. 
  • Lyst on its series D+ funding round. 
  • Galliford Try on its GBP 1.1bn disposal of its Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regenerations business to Bovis Homes Group. 
  • Redecentric on its restitution scheme and associated settlement with the FCA in connection with certain historical accounting misstatements.
  • Stifel Nicolaus Europe on its role as nominated advisor and broker on Longboat Energy’s GBP 10m AIM IPO and subsequent reverse takeover and re-admission to AIM. 
  • Galliford Try on its GBP 150m rights issue.
