Hannah is an Associate in the Financial Services Regulatory team. Hannah trained at CMS before qualifying in February 2023. She has advised and supported on FCA and PRA enforcement actions, disciplinary proceedings, market abuse cases and on references to the Upper Tribunal. Hannah also has experience advising on a range of non-contentious issues, including insurance distribution activities and regulatory notifications.
Prior to joining CMS, Hannah worked in-house at a payments company, covering their UK and EMEA divisions.
