James is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Transactions team and is based in the Manchester office. He has experience in both national and international transactions, public and private M&A (including corporate auction processes), investment rounds and general corporate advisory.

The Sellers of a 30% stake in UkFast.net Limited to Inflexion Private Equity, valuing the company at GBP 405 million.
Manchester Airport Group on the auction process and subsequent sale of its non-core property asset holding company to Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
ActiveOps plc on its successful initial public offering and admission to trading on AIM with an initial market capitalisation of GBP 120 million.
JumboDiset Group (the leading European puzzles and games company) on its merger with British toy company, James Galt & Co Limited.
Assura plc on a number of its recent and on-going acquisitions of corporate wrapped real estate assets.
An on-line personalised gift company on three venture capital funding rounds, valuing the business at £10m million within the first 12 months of trading.
Newable Capital on a number of its recent and on-going investments and mergers with UK SMEs, including the investments in ARC Building Solutions Limited and J.C. Atkinson and Son Limited.
