James Parkes is a partner in the Corporate Team. He advises clients across a number of industry sectors on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), corporate finance transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

He specialises in advising issuers and investment banks on acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings and other transactions undertaken by companies admitted to the London Stock Exchange (both Main Market and AIM).

James is recognised as a leading practitioner by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
