Jasleen is a Senior Associate in the Tax team. Jasleen advises on designing and implementing all types of cash and equity based employee incentive arrangements and her clients range from early stage start-ups, FTSE 100 companies and private-equity houses.
Jasleen also advises clients on the treatment of their share plans in the context of an exit, whether by floatation and/or a takeover.
In addition, Jasleen has experience in advising clients on the taxation of employees and directors, including PAYE and National Insurance contributions and on the tax consequences arising on termination of employment or office.
