A Swiss real estate investor and asset manager (specialising in developments across Europe) in their joint venture with Nordic real estate manager; the aggregate commitment of the joint venture was up to EUR 450m.
CF Acquisition Corp. VIII, a SPAC, in their merger with Exela Technologies Inc.’s European business.
Exadel Inc. in their acquisition of Codete.
A renewable energy supplier in its vendor due diligence exercise for a prospective fundraise and/or sale of assets.
A medtech client in its GBP 3m fundraise and subsequent acquisition.
An individual in the sale of his Amazon business to an e-commerce company acquiring and operating FBA (Fulfilment-by-Amazon) businesses for net sale proceeds of over USD 4.1m.
A client in the e-commerce/wellness sector in its acquisition of a business in the wellness space by way of an asset purchase. Devised a creative workaround to enable our client to be data protection compliant when acquiring assets which they deem most valuable.
A rapidly growing UK SaaS company in the video editing space, in its acquisition of a competing business by way of an asset purchase.
A founder client’s sale of his online education business (marketed to business professionals worldwide) to buyers in the USA for proceeds of around USD 11m.
A London based community SaaS platform provider in its raising GBP 3.3m Series A investment.
A client in the fintech space in its raising GBP 2m seed investment.
