Jason's advisory services span the entire credit spectrum, frequently collaborating with sponsors, arrangers, debt and equity funds (including venture capitalists), special situations or distressed desks, NAV lenders, stakeholders, and investment managers and subscription finance providers on all aspects of financing, encompassing a broad spectrum of financial instruments such as senior secured loans, unitranche loans, and subordinated/mezzanine financing. Jason has demonstrated particular proficiency in structuring loans and acquisitions against specialised asset classes such as aircraft, data centres, solar projects, credit cards (including digital credit card services) as well as receivables. He is often regarded as the "go-to" legal adviser for credit funds, equity funds and origination teams.
