Jaspal is a partner in the corporate tax team specialising in employee incentives.

He has extensive experience of advising on a range of corporate tax and incentives issues, including capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring, company reorganisations, real estate transactions and disputes with HM Revenue and Customs.

He advises both employers and senior management on employee share schemes, employee ownership and management incentivisation arrangements and sits on the tax and executive committees (and is co-chair of the tax committee) of the Share Plan Lawyers Group. His clients include listed companies, private equity, large and mid-tier corporates, owner managed businesses, partnerships and LLP’s and individuals in a wide range of industry sectors in the UK and overseas. 

Jaspal has written a number of articles and has taken part in Government consultations on tax and share schemes.
