Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department. Jennifer has worked with clients on public takeovers and mergers, private acquisitions and disposals, equity capital markets transactions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work, across a variety of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, financial services, technology, media, retail and energy. Her experience includes domestic and cross border transactions, across numerous jurisdictions, and advising multiple listed companies. She also has in-house experience having worked in the legal teams at INEOS Oil & Gas UK and Dentsu.
