Joe Campbell is a senior associate in the Insurance Team at CMS London. Joe advises international insurers and reinsurers on direct and reinsurance disputes and coverage issues. He provides coverage advice and handles the defence of claims across multiple lines of business including professional indemnity, contingency, directors and officers, financial institutions and warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance.
Having previously been Head of Legal for a number of years at a leading Lloyd’s of London insurance syndicate, his advice is commercially focused and grounded in an understanding of how the insurance market operates.
