John has almost 20 years of corporate banking experience, advising borrowers, lenders and investors across the UK on a wide range of matters including leveraged finance, investment trusts, general corporate lending and acquisition finance. He is well-versed in complex investment and debt structures and is known for delivering precise, pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
He also has significant experience in real estate finance, advising on the financing, refinancing and restructuring of listed property investment vehicles, as well as development and investment transactions across sectors such as hotels, serviced apartments, care homes, casinos, education, student accommodation and social housing. He regularly works with a broad range of clients, including leading banks, borrowers and UK asset and investment managers.
