Joseph is an Associate in the Real Estate team at CMS, having qualified in January 2024.
Joseph assists clients with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions across the whole property life cycle including the purchase, sale, letting, management and funding of various commercial properties.
Before joining CMS, Joseph worked at a premier private client law firm in The City of London. Here, his work covered a range of real estate transactions where he acted for a diverse Ultra High Net Worth client portfolio.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Joseph obtained a first-class honours degree in law from the University of Exeter in 2020 where he was awarded two Dean’s Commendations, the Hart Publishing Prize and Bloomsbury Professional Prize. Joseph then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Chester and passed with distinction.
