Julian is a Consultant in the Finance Group at CMS London.  Julian specialises in non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters and advises corporates, lenders, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders on a broad range of issues, often with a cross border element. He has undertaken transactions across a range of sectors.

Julian has banking and financial services experience, acting on transactions for both lenders and borrowers, providing structuring advice on complex finance transactions.   Julian is experienced in providing enforcement strategy advice to lenders, in particular to growth, fintech and technology and media companies.  

Julian has also acted on a number of schemes of arrangement, in particular in the financial services and insurance sectors.

Julian has Middle East experience having lived and work for three years in Abu Dhabi.
