Katarina Zujovic is an Associate (New Zealand Qualified) in the London TMIC team and assists on a broad range of matters, including complex outsourcing transactions and commercial contracts for customers and suppliers, large and small.

Her clients range from large multinational cloud companies to smaller start-up businesses. She has experience in advising clients on general contractual terms (termination rights, indemnities, liability) relating to the provision of tech-related goods and services, as well as drafting master services and professional services agreements and any corresponding statements of work. She focuses on delivering pragmatic, tailored, and commercial solutions for her clients.

Prior to joining CMS, Katarina worked for a top, full-service law firm in New Zealand in the TMT space, as well as having experience at the beginning of her career as a junior in a general litigation practice. She also has a keen interest in contractual interpretation, a topic in which she wrote her Honours dissertation, and this, as well as her previous litigation experience, informs how she manages risks and anticipates any drafting disputes that may arise down the line.
