Katie is an Associate in the Real Estate Transactions team at CMS based in Glasgow.  Katie completed her traineeship with CMS before joining the team as a newly qualified solicitor having gained a breadth of experience in the Real Estate sector undertaking seats in Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Planning and, Energy and Infrastructure.

Katie has experience in a variety of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, asset management, leasing and, pro-bono work.
