Kelly is Of Counsel in the Manchester office of CMS. She has significant experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, acting for both claimants and defendants in high value and complex matters. Kelly is recognised as a key lawyer by Legal 500 and is ranked as an Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners.
Kelly regularly acts for large corporations, shareholders and directors advising on a broad range of legal issues, including contractual and tortious claims, shareholder/director disputes, claims for misrepresentation, and breach of warranty matters.
Kelly has conducted major cases in the various divisions of the High Court and the Court of Appeal. She also has extensive experience of assisting clients with resolving disputes and negotiating settlements using various alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and always seeks to achieve pragmatic and commercial results for clients.
From an advisory perspective, Kelly regularly supports client with crisis management issues including, investigations and Dawn Raids.
