Dual qualified Solicitor & Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, Kelly is President of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys ("CITMA"). Kelly Chairs CITMA's Education, Qualification and Standards Committee, and sits on both Council and the Executive Board.  Kelly has a wealth of experience advising brand owners on all matters relating to trade mark and design portfolios and is known for her commercial and solutions driven approach.

Kelly has nearly 15 years experience in the field and specialises in international litigation, enforcement and strategy particularly in the field of technology, media and para-pharmaceuticals and supplements. She has led cases before the General Court on complex issues including statutory acquiescence and managed multi-territorial litigation in Spain, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Romania, France and the UK. Her career highlights include securing one of the earliest decisions on Pan-European relief before the Spanish EUTM court and a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights on the issue of delay in member state trade mark proceedings.
