Lal is an Associate in the Financial Services team at CMS UK. She advises firms across the financial services ecosystem, including banks, investment firms, asset managers and financial markets infrastructure on a range of regulatory matters, such as market abuse, cross-border issues, regulatory capital, client money and outsourcings. She has a particular interest in wholesale market regulation and market infrastructure.
Lal has spent time on secondment to Euroclear UK & International, supporting the legal team on various matters ranging from CREST-related matters to critical third party contracts.
