Lauren advises a diverse range of clients across technology, healthcare, life sciences and education sectors. Lauren specialises in data protection advisory and a broad spectrum of commercial contracts including software licensing, collaboration agreements and supply of goods and services.
Prior to joining the firm, Lauren spent approximately six years working as Associate Counsel and Deputy Data Protection Officer at Smart Metering Systems Limited (formerly Smart Metering Systems PLC), a fully integrated energy infrastructure company where she gained first-hand knowledge of compliance, risk management and practical implementation of data protection frameworks as well handling a range of mergers and acquisitions, re-financing projects and general commercial contracts.
