Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector and is “of counsel” and is based in Liverpool. She has a wealth of experience in property matters, being investment, development and finance but in more recent years, she has specialised in due diligence and project management.

Relevant experience

On the financing of Camden Market with assets in excess of GBP 1bn for Labtech.
Charles Street Building Group and lead project manager on a corporate sale of 40 properties for GBP 750m and preparing and negotiating certificates.
Leading a team of lawyers in reviewing and negotiating certificates of title in a major corporate acquisition of a London house builder for a UAE based company.
Project managing various finance transactions including data centres and retail parks.
