Louise has a deep and wide-ranging understanding of the key challenges and market issues the energy industry poses and is ideally placed to work on a wide range of energy projects.

An applicant for the Round 3 CfD on key risks and considerations in the CfD Agreement and CfD Standard Terms and undertaking a legal review of the documents submitted with their Application for CFD3.
EDF ER on its acquisition of Barmoor Wind Power Limited including due diligence on turbine service agreements.
EDF Energy regarding its B2B flexible pricing long term electricity supply contract for one of its large demand customers.
EDF Energy, SSE and TXU Europe on the negotiation of PPAs for Barking Power (1000MW CCGT).
Repsol Nuevas Energias and Inch Cape Offshore Wind Limited on multiple grid connection arrangements to the transmission system in respect of Inch Cape's 1000MW offshore wind project.
Net Zero Teesside Power Limited on a suite of contracts relating to a 742.28MW nominal Capacity CCGT Power Station with Carbon Capture at Teesside, England including electricity connection agreements, tolling agreement and route to market agreement.
Scottish Water negotiate and conclude private wire electricity supply contracts for the purchase of low carbon electricity generated by third party owned CHP plants located at their waste water treatment plants.
Nuveen Real Estate as agent for Edinburgh St James (GP) Limited as general partner of and trustee for Edinburgh St James Limited Partnership on an Energy Services Agreement relating to the supply of heat, cooling and electricity from an energy centre within the redevelopment of the St James Quarter.
