Luke Arnold is a senior associate in our residential disputes team.
He specialises in all aspects of residential real estate disputes and has particular experience in landlord and tenant matters, service charge disputes, disrepair and leasehold enfranchisement work. He acts for a number of developers and professional landlords as well as large institutional clients.
Prior to joining CMS in December 2022, Luke worked at Payne Hicks Beach LLP where he gained experience across the complete spectrum of residential real estate disputes acting for high net worth individuals and multinational clients.
