Luke is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A team.
He advises corporates on a broad range of acquisitions and disposals across multiple sectors. His experience spans corporate real estate, healthcare, hotels and leisure, retail, energy and manufacturing, among others.
Luke regularly acts for a number of the firm’s longstanding clients, advising on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including share and business sales and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and shareholder arrangements. He also has significant experience handling cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
